Don played junior hockey in Western Canada and also played in Germany for 4 years before beginning his leasing career in 1984 with Citibank. He founded Pemberton Leasing in 1987 and is proud of the accomplishments and good reputation that Pemberton has established. Don has a strong work ethic and passion for the leasing industry and is committed to his loyal customer and supplier base.
Don was born in Kingston, Ontario and has lived in North Vancouver since 1970. He is married with 2 children. After high school, Don continued his education at Capilano College, Simon Fraser University and B.C.I.T. Don still plays hockey and has coached for 10 years on the North Shore. His hobbies are golf, hockey, and hiking on the North Shore mountains.

Mike joined Pemberton Leasing in 1995. A native of Scarborough, Ontario, Mike graduated from the University of Western Ontario and started his working career in Toronto in the office equipment industry, first as a sales rep and later as sales manager. A ski trip in 1991 opened his eyes to the West and he moved to Vancouver as soon as he found a job out here a few months later.
Mike continues to live in Vancouver with his wife and 2 children. He still enjoys getting out on the ski hill, but spends most of his free time in the winter at the ice rinks either coaching the kids hockey or playing himself. Summer hobbies include golf, hiking and camping.

Neil Ferguson has been in the Equipment Leasing Industry since 1990, he joined Pemberton Leasing in 1998 after previously working for a large lease/finance company in sales and marketing. Neil enjoys working closely with sales people in organizations that sell equipment and are able to use leasing as a tool to help increase sales opportunities and put them in a more competitive advantage. Neil was born and raised in Vancouver and enjoys many sports including Hockey, Golf, Skiing, Hiking, Scuba Diving, and coaching Lacrosse.

Pam Empey joined Pemberton Leasing 11 years ago after 20 years of financial experience with the Bank of Montreal working in various departments such as loans, mortgages and investments. She was raised in Vancouver and enjoys skiing, baseball and hiking on the North Shore.

Mili started her leasing career in 1985 as a lease administrator and later managed all sales co-ordinators in the BC Region for a major leasing firm. She joined Pemberton Leasing in 1994 and continues to manage all administration and the Pemberton portfolio with Pam. Mili has lived on the North Shore since 1983. She and her husband have two children and spend most of their free time shuttling the kids to hockey, soccer and Irish dancing. In her free time she loves to go for hikes on the North Shore mountains
